This Sublicense Agreement entitles you to license right to use trademarks GRABOVOI®, GRIGORI GRABOVOI®, grants you the right to use license for Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi – right to promote, organise and hold seminars, consultations and webinars according to Education Program of Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi: https://licenzija8.wordpress.com/training-program/.
Sublicense agreement granting the license to use the trademarks “GRABOVOI ®,” “GRIGORI GRABOVOI ®” for the publication of works.
According to this sub-license agreement you can publish the work of Grigori Grabovoi.
All text materials of Education Program of Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi are located in electronic library of the Education Centre for Education Program on the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi:

Immediately after signing the Agreement you will be granted access to electronic library of the Education Centre for Education Program on the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi. In accordance with the conditions of Sublicense Agreement you may download from the library and send to e-mail of all participants of your seminar, electronic book on which your seminar is based.
Recommended price of the seminar should be approximately equal to the price of the book which is the basis for seminar and which you must provide for participants. The prices of the books are given on web site:

If you have permanent residence in Canada or South America or India after the signing of this Sublicense Agreement you may organise webinars. You may organise seminars on site in the territories of 28 countries of European Union, Australia, Japan, China and USA listed in the Sublicense Agreement. For organising seminars on site in Canada or South America or India you may sign separate Sublicense Agreement for license to use the authorship in those territories.
Agency agreement;
This agreement allows you to organize the conclusion of sub-license agreements.
The Principal entrusts and the attorney undertakes to perform on behalf of the Principal the following:
- Organize promotion and signing of the sub-license Agreement for the use of the Education Program on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi with Device of Development of Concentrations PRK-1U
- Provide translation, testing of PRK-1U, consult the Sub-Licensee until fulfilment of the conditions of the Agreement and arrange payments.
- Carry out searches for individuals and legal entities - potential Sub-Licensees through Internet resources and in other ways.
- Organize the signing of sublicense agreements with the Principal on the use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi for conduction of seminars, publishing, and on the use of his trademarks GRABOVOI® and GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.

Contrato de sublicencia
por el que se otorga el derecho de uso de las marcas GRABOVOI®, GRIGORI GRABOVOI® para las ediciones. El Licenciador otorgará al Licenciatario el derecho a la publicación y divulgación de la información en formato impreso y a usar por Internet los derechos de autor de Grigori Grabovoi.
Todos los materiales textuales del Programa Educativo sobre las Enseñanzas de Grigori Grabovoi se encuentran en la biblioteca electrónica del Centro Educativo para el Programa Educativo sobre las Enseñanzas de Grigori Grabovoi:

Si usted tiene residencia permanente en Canadá, América del Sur o la India, usted podrá efectuar webinars inmediatamente después de firmar este contrato de sublicencia. Usted podrá efectuar seminarios in situ en el territorio de los 28 estados miembros de la Unión Europea, Australia, China y E.U. mencionados en el contrato de sublicencia. Para efectuar seminarios in situ Canadá, América del Sur o la India, usted puede firmar un contrato especial de sublicencia para obtener el derecho de utilizar la Obra en dichos territorios.
CONTRATO DE MANDATO;
El Mandante encarga, y el Mandatario se compromete a ejercer el mandato en nombre del Mandante de acuerdo a lo siguiente:
- Organizar la promoción y la firma del Contrato de sublicencia para el uso del Programa de Educación según la Doctrina de Grigori Grabovoi con el dispositivo para el desarrollo de la concentración PRK-1U.
- Proporcionar servicios de traducción, ensayos de PRK-1U, consultar al Sublicenciatario hasta el cumplimiento de las condiciones del Contrato, organizar los pagos
- Encontrar personas físicas y jurídicas - potenciales Sublicenciatarios, a través de los recursos de Internet y otros medios.

Ako imate stalni boravak u Kanadi ili Južnoj Americi ili Indiji tada po zaključenju ovog podlicencnog ugovora možete održavati webinare. Seminare na licu mesta možete održavati na teritorijama 28 država Evropske Unije, Australije, Japana, Kine I USA navedenih u podlicencnom ugovoru. Za održavanje seminara na licu mesta u Kanadi ili Južnoj Americi ili Indiji možete potpisati poseban podlicencni ugovor za licenciono pravo korišćenja Dela na tim teritorijama.
UGOVOR O NALOGU;
Ovaj ugovor vam omogućava da organizujete zaključivanje pod-licencnih ugovora.
Davalac naloga daje nalog, a Primalac naloga se obavezuje da u ime Davaoca naloga izvrši sledeće:
- Da organizuje plasman i potpisivanje ugovoara o sublicenci za korišćenje Obrazovnog Programa po Učenju Grigorija Grabovoja sa uređajem za razvoj koncentracije PRK-1U.
- Da vrši prevođenje, sprovodi testiranje PRK-1U, obavlja konsultacije sa Korisnikom podlicence do ispunjenja uslova ugovora, da organizuje isplate.
- Da pronalazi fizička i pravna licia – potencijalne Korisnike podlicence preko Internet resursa i na druge načine.
- Da organizuje potpisivanje sa Davaocem naloga ugovora o podlicenci za korišćenje dela Grigorija Grabovoja za održavanje seminara po njima, njihovog izdavanja, za korišćenje njegovih robnih znakova GRABOVOI® i GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.

CONTRAT DE MANDAT;
Le Mandant donne le mandat et le Mandataire est tenu à exécuter au nom du Mandant ce qui suit :
- Organiser le placement et la signature des contrats de sous-licence pour l´utilisation du Programme de formation selon l´Enseignement de Grigori Grabovoï avec l´appareil de développement de concentration PRK-1U.
- S´occuper de la traduction, faire des essaies de PRK-1U, réaliser les consultations avec l´utilisateur de la sous-licence jusqu´à ce que les conditions du contrat soient satisfaites, organiser les paiements.
- Trouver les personnes physiques et morales – utilisateurs potentiels de la sous-licence– moyennant l´Internet ou par autres voies.
- Organiser la signature des contrats de sous-licence avec le Mandant pour l´utilisation des œuvres de Grigori Grabovoï pour les séminaires, leur publication, l´utilisation de ses marques GRABOVOI® et GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.

AUFTRAGSVERTRAG;
Der Auftraggeber gibt den Auftrag und der Auftragnehmer vepflichtet sich, im Namen des Auftraggebers folgende Aufgaben auszuführen:
- Organisation des Vertriebs und der Unterzeichnung von Unterlizenzverträgen für die Nutzung des Bildungsprogramms aus der Lehre von Gregorii Grabovoi mit dem Gerät für die Entwicklung der Konzentration PRK-1U.
- Übersetzungsleistungen, Durchführung von PRK-1U Tests, Abhaltung von Konsultationen mit dem Unterlizenznehmer bis zur Erfüllung der Vertragsbedingungen, Organisation von Auszahlungen.
- Finden von natürlichen und rechtlichen Personen – potentiellen Unterlizenznehmern über Internetressourcen und auf andere Weisen.
- Organisation der Unterzeichnung von Unterlizenzverträgen mit dem Auftraggeber über die Nutzung der Arbeiten von Grigorii Grabovoj für die Abhaltung von Seminaren gemäss den Arbeiten, für deren Publikation, für die Nutzung seiner Markenzeichen GRABOVOI® und GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.

Если Вы постоянно проживаете в Канаде, или в Южной Америке , или в Индии, тогда заключив указанный сублицензионный договор Вы можете вести вебинары. А проводить очные семинары Вы можете на территориях 28 стран Европейского Союза, Австралии, Японии, Китая, США записанных в сублицензионном договоре. Для проведения очных семинаров в Канаде, или в Южной Америке , в Индии , или в другой стране, которую можно ввести в договор дополнительным соглашением можно подписать сублицензионные договора на использование произведений.
ДОГОВОР ПОРУЧЕНИЯ;
Договор -поручения позволяет организовывать заключение Сублицензионных договоров.
Доверитель поручает , а Поверенный обязуется совершить от имени Доверителя следующее:
- Организовать продвижение и подписание сублицензионного договора на использование Программы Обучения Учению Григория Грабового с прибором развития концентраций ПРК-1У;
- Осуществлять перевод, проводить тестирование ПРК-1У , проводить консультации Сублицензиата до выполнения условий договора, организовать выплаты.
- Осуществлять поиск физических и юридических лиц - потенциальных Сублицензиатов, посредством Интернет ресурсов и другими способами.
- Организовывать подписание с Доверителем сублицензионных договоров по использованию произведений Григория Грабового для проведения семинаров, издания, и по использованию его товарных знаков GRABOVOI® и GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.

Se siete residenti in Canada, o in Sud America, o in India, il contratto di sub-licenza concede di condurre solo i webinar. Mentre nei territori di 28 paesi dell'Unione Europea, l'Australia, il Giappone, la Cina, gli Stati Uniti e' concesso poter condurre anche i corsi pubblici di persona. Per poter condurre i corsi di persona in Canada, o in Sud America, o in India, è possibile firmare un'altro contratto di sub-licenza per l'utilizzo di opere in questi territory.
Accordo per operare come Agenzia;
Questo accordo consente di organizzare la conclusione di accordi di sub-licenza.
La Parte Principale assegna la responsabilita’ ed il procuratore si impegna a svolgere per conto del Committente i seguenti :
- Organizzare la promozione e la firma dell'accordo di sub-licenza per l'utilizzo del Programma Educativo sugli Insegnamenti di Grigori Grabovoi con il dispositivo di sviluppo della concentrazione PRK-1U.
- Fornire la traduzione, la sperimentazione di PRK-1U, consultare il sublicenziatario in modo che siano rispettate le condizioni dell'accordo e disporre i pagamenti.
- Effettuare ricerche per persone fisiche e giuridiche - potenziali sub-licenziatari attraverso le risorse di Internet e in altri modi.
- Organizzare la firma di accordi di sub-licenza con la Parte Principale per l'uso delle opere di Grigori Grabovoi per la conduzione di seminari, la pubblicazione di opere e l'uso dei suoi marchi GRABOVOI® e Grigori GRABOVOI®.

A realização dos seminários ao vivo é disponível nos territórios de 28 países da União Europeia, Austrália, Japão, China, Estados Unidos registrados no contrato licenciar. Para os seminários ao vivo no Canadá, ou América do Sul, ou na Índia, você pode assinar um contrato licenciar separado.
Contrato e Agenciamento;
Este contrato e para a organização, conclusão e agenciamento de contratos de sublicença.
O administrador (proprietário) deverá constituir um advogado para executar em seu nome as seguintes tarefas:
- Organizar e promover e assinatura do Contrato de sub-licença para o uso do Programa de Educação sobre os ensinamentos de Grigori Grabovoi com dispositivo de desenvolvimento da concentração PRK-1U.
- Intermediar os as negociações financeiras e traduções até o fechamento do acordo para assinatura do contrato pelo sub-licenciado.
- Pesquisar através da internet e outros meios de comunicação entre as pessoas físicas e jurídicas, potenciais futuros sublicenciados.
-Organizar a assinatura dos contratos dos sub-licenciados com o diretor para o uso das obras de Grigori Grabovoi para condução de seminários, publicações, e, o uso de suas marcas registradas GRABOVOI® e GRIGORI GRABOVOI®.
