The Individual Entrepreneur Grigorii Grabovoi PR KONSALTING TECHNOLOGIES OF ETERNAL DEVELOPMENT offers legal entities and individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs the activities of the Distributor, which allows the following joint activities to ensure eternal life for everyone:
1. To conclude with the Individual Entrepreneur Grigorii Grabovoi PR CONSALTING TECHNOLOGIES OF ETERNAL DEVELOPMENT as with the Licensee a sublicense agreement of the Distributor for the use of the Education Program with a modified device for the development of concentrations of eternal life, the three-mode PRK-1U.
1.1. The device marking contains the CE mark, which indicates that the device complies with the harmonized standards of the European Union, is harmless to health and the environment. 3. The Education Program and PRK-1U make it possible to carry out the development of concentrations of eternal life when using the device eternal time, since the previous level of development of concentrations, including those achieved using exactly the device itself, is always the starting point for a new development of concentrations ensuring eternal life.

4. There are three price options for Distributor sub-license agreements:
4.1. The price of 97000 euros when, along with the materials of the Education Program, the Sublicensee will be supplied with 12 devices for the development of concentrations of eternal life, the three-mode PRK-1U, and the access to 40 independent web accounts, each of which is intended for one User. The package for each device also includes up to 8 connected web accounts, which shall be transferred to the Sublicensee according to the number of Users declared by the Sublicensee. The cost of these deliveries under the sub-sub-license agreements of the Sublicensee is 164880 euros.
That is, the Sublicensee will receive almost 70 percent more products than is paid.
The price of 97000 euros shall be entered in the field of paragraph 6.1 of the standard sublicense agreement form below. The number of 12 devices shall be inserted into paragraph 1.1.2.3. The number of 40 independent web accounts shall be inserted into paragraph 1.1.2.5 of the sublicensing agreement.
4.2. The price is 48500 euros for delivery to the Sublicensee, together with the materials of the Education Program, of 6 devices for the development of concentrations of eternal life, the three-mode PRK-1U and the access to 20 independent web accounts, each of which is intended for one User. The package for each device also includes up to 8 connected web accounts, which shall be transferred to the Sublicensee according to the number of Users declared by the Sublicensee. The cost of these deliveries under the sub-license agreements of the Sublicensee is 82440 euros.
That is, the Sublicensee will receives almost 70 percent more products than is paid.
The blank fields in the standard form of the sublicensing agreement should be filled out similarly to above paragraph 4.1 in accordance with the information in this paragraph.
4.3. The price of 19400 euros when supplied to the Sublicensee together with the materials of the Education Program of 3 devices for the development of concentrations of eternal life, the three-mode PRK-1U and the access to 5 independent web accounts, each of which is intended for one User. The package for each device also includes up to 8 connected web accounts, which shall be transferred to the Sublicensee according to the number of Users declared by the Sublicensee. The cost of these deliveries under the sub-license agreements of the Sublicensee is 35160 euros.
That is, the Sublicensee will receive almost 70 percent more products than is paid.
The blank fields in the standard form of the sublicensing agreement are filled out similarly to above paragraph 4.1 in accordance with the information in this paragraph.
4.4. A Sublicensee can independently offer the type of product, that is, choose the number of devices and independent web accounts. With this choice, the Sublicensee should calculate the number of devices and independent web accounts in such a way that he will receive products by almost 70 percent more than they will be paid.
4.5. For the supplying the packages with devices for the development of concentrations of eternal life the three-mode PRK-1U with diamonds, the price of a sub-license agreement for each device increases by 1000 euros.

1. Per concludere con l’imprenditore individuale Grigorii Grabovoi PR KONSALTING TECHNOLOGIES OF ETERNAL DEVELOPMENT così come con il Licenziatario, un accordo di licenza del Distributore per l’uso del Programma di Istruzione con un dispositivo modificato per lo sviluppo delle concentrazioni della vita eterna PRK-1U a tre modalità.
1.1 Il marchio del dispositivo contiene anche il marchio CE che indica che il dispositivo è conforme alle norme uniformate dell’Unione Europea, è innocuo per la salute e l’ambiente. Il dispositivo è operativo dal gennaio 2016. Il pacchetto per ogni dispositivo include anche fino a 8 account web collegati, che saranno trasferiti al Sublicenziatario in base al numero di utenti dichiarati dal Sublicenziatario stesso. Il costo di queste forniture, sotto gli accordi di sub-sub-licenza è di 164880 euro.
Cioè, il Sublicenziatario, riceverà quasi il 70% in più di prodotti rispetto a quanto viene pagato.
Il costo di 97000 euro, sarà inserito nel settore del paragrafo 6.1 del modulo di contratto standard di sublicenza, sotto riportato.. Il numero di 12 dispositivi sarà inserito nel paragrafo 1.1.2.3. Il numero di 40 account web indipendenti, sarà inserito nel paragrafo 1.1.2.5 dell’accordo di sublicenza .
4.2. Il costo di 48500 euro per la fornitura al sublicenziatario, insieme al materiale del programma di istruzione di 6 dispositivi per lo sviluppo delle concentrazioni della vita eterna PRK-1U a tre modalità e l’accesso a 20 account web indipendenti, ognuno dei quali è destinato a un solo utente. Il pacchetto per ogni dispositivo, include anche fino a 8 account web collegati, che saranno trasferiti al sublicenziatario in base al numero degli utenti dichiarati dal Sublicenziatario. Il costo di queste furniture secondo gli accordi di sub-licenza del sublicenziatario, è di 82440 euro.
Vale a dire, il Sublicenziatario, riceverà, quasi il 70% in più di prodotti di quanto viene pagato. I campi vuoti nel formato standard dell’accordo di sublicenza, dovrebbero essere compilati in modo simile al paragrafo precedente 4.1 in conformità con le informazioni contenute nel presente paragrafo.
4.3. Il costo di 19400 euro fornito al Sublicenziatario insieme ai materiali del Programma di Istruzione di 3 dispositivi per lo sviluppo delle concentrazioni della vita eterna PRK-1U a tre modalità e l’accesso a 5 account web indipendenti ognuno dei quali è destinato a un solo utente. Il pacchetto per ogni dispositivo include anche fino a 8 account web collegati , che saranno trasferiti al Sublicenziatario in base al numero di utenti dichiarati dal Sublicenziatario stesso. Il costo di queste forniture in base agli accordi di sub-licenza del Sublicenziatario, è di 35160 euro.
Vale a dire, il Sublicenziatario, riceverà, quasi il 70% in più di prodotti di quanto viene pagato. I campi vuoti nel formato standard dell’accordo di sublicenza, dovrebbero essere compilati in modo simile al paragrafo precedente 4.1 in conformità con le informazioni contenute nel presente paragrafo.
4.4 Un Sublicenziatario può offrire autonomamente, il tipo di prodotto, ovvero, scegliere il numero di dispositivi e di account web indipendenti. Con questa scelta, il sublicenziatario dovrebbe calcolare il numero di dispositivi e account web indipendenti in modo tale da ricevere prodotti di quasi il 70% in più di quanto saranno pagati.
4.5. Per la fornitura dei pacchetti con dispositivi per lo sviluppo delle concentrazioni della vita eterna PRK-1U a tre modalità, con diamanti, il costo di un accordo di sub-licenza per ogni dispositivo, aumenta di 1000 euro.

Cena od 97000 eura se unosi u polje tačke 6.1. u dalje datom standardnom obrascu ugovora o podlicenci. Količina od 12 uređajâ se unosi u tačku 1.1.2.3. Broj od 40 nezavisnih korisničkih naloga se unosi u tačku 1.1.2.5. ugovora o podlicenci.
4.2. Cena od 48500 eura pri dostavi Podlicenzentu, zajedno sa materijalima Programa Obuke, 6 uređajâ za razvoj koncentracija večnog života PRK-1U sa tri režima i pristup na 20 nezavisnih korisničkih naloga, od kojih je svaki predviđen za po jednog Korisnika. U komplet svakog uređaja spada još do 8 povezanih korisničkih naloga, koji se predaju Podlicenzentu po broju Korisnika koje je Podlicenzent prijavio. Cena datih dostava po ugovorima o pod-podlicenci Podlicenzenta iznosi 82440 eura.
Tj. Podlicenzent dobija skoro 70% proizvoda više nego što plaća.
Polja se u standardnom obrascu ugovora o podlicenci popunjavaju kao u tački 4.1. u skladu sa podacima date tačke.
4.3. Tj. Podlicenzent dobija skoro 70% proizvoda više nego što plaća.
Polja se u standardnom obrascu ugovora o podlicenci popunjavaju kao u tački 4.1. u skladu sa podacima date tačke.
4.4. Podlicenzent može samostalno ponuditi vrstu proizvoda, tj. izabrati količinu uređajâ i nezavisnih korisničkih naloga. Pri tom izboru Podlicenzent računa količinu uređajâ i nezavisnih korisničkih naloga na takav način da dobija skoro 70% proizvoda više nego što plaća.
4.5. Za varijantu dostavâ uređajâ za razvoj koncentracija večnog života PRK-1U sa tri režima sa dijamantima cena ugovora o pod-podlicenci za svaki uređaj uvećava se za 1000 eura.

При этом Сублицензиаты на добровольной основе предоставляют бесплатно в соответствии с нормами лицензионного права по взаимопомощи свои информационные ресурсы. Поверенные помогают организовывать Сублицензиату субсублицензионные договора на платной основе. Оплата Поверенным в случае сотрудничества Сублицензиата с Поверенными производится со стороны Сублицензиата.
Дополнительная настройка приборов после получения их Субсублицензиатами осуществляется через связанный web аккаунт. В некоторых случаях дополнительно прибор может настраиваться специалистами через регулировочные отверстия на корпусе прибора.
При таком использовании приборов для обеспечения вечной жизни всем активно работает еще одна структура, а именно Сублицензиат действующий в качестве Дистрибьютера с возрастающим объёмом реализации продукции, что важно. В комплект каждого прибора входит ещё до 8 связанных веб аккаунтов, которые передаются Сублицензиату по количеству заявленных Сублицензиатом Пользователей. Стоимость указанных поставок по субсублицензионным договорам Сублицензиата составляет 164880 евро.
То есть Сублицензиат получает продукции почти на 70 процентов больше чем оплачивает.
Цена 97000 евро вписывается в поле пункта 6.1 приведённой далее типовой форме сублицензионного договора. Количество 12 приборов вписывается в пункт 1.1.2.3. Количество 40 независимых веб аккаунтов вписывается в пункт 1.1.2.5 сублицензионного договора.
4.2. Цена 48500 евро при поставке Сублицензиату вместе с материалами Программы Обучения 6 приборов развития концентраций вечной жизни ПРК-1У трёхрежимных и доступ к 20 независимым веб аккаунтам, каждый из которых предназначен для одного Пользователя. В комплект каждого прибора входит ещё до 8 связанных веб аккаунтов, которые передаются Сублицензиату по количеству заявленных Сублицензиатом Пользователей. Стоимость указанных поставок по субсублицензионным договорам Сублицензиата составляет 82440 евро.
То есть Сублицензиат получает продукции почти на 70 процентов больше чем оплачивает.
Поля в типовой форме сублицензионного договора заполняются подобно пункту 4.1 в соответствии со сведениями данного пункта.
4.3. Цена 19400 евро при поставке Сублицензиату вместе с материалами Программы Обучения 3 приборов развития концентраций вечной жизни ПРК-1У трёхрежимных и доступ к 5 независимым веб аккаунтам, каждый из которых предназначен для одного Пользователя. В комплект каждого прибора входит ещё до 8 связанных веб аккаунтов, которые передаются Сублицензиату по количеству заявленных Сублицензиатом Пользователей. Стоимость указанных поставок по субсублицензионным договорам Сублицензиата составляет 35160 евро.
То есть Сублицензиат получает продукции почти на 70 процентов больше чем оплачивает.
Поля в типовой форме сублицензионного договора заполняются подобно пункту 4.1 в соответствии со сведениями данного пункта.
4.4. Сублицензиат может самостоятельно предложить тип продукции, то есть выбрать количество приборов и независимых веб аккаунтов. При этом выборе Сублицензиат рассчитывает количество приборов и независимых веб аккаунтов таким образом, что получает продукции почти на 70 процентов больше чем оплачивает.
4.5. Для варианта поставок приборов развития концентраций вечной жизни ПРК-1У трёхрежимных с бриллиантами цена суб-сублицензионного договора для каждого прибора увеличивается на 1000 евро.

4.2. El precio es de 48,500 euros por la entrega al sublicenciatario, junto con los materiales del Programa de Educación, de 6 dispositivos para el desarrollo de concentraciones de vida eterna, el PRK-1U de tres modos y el acceso a 20 cuentas web independientes, cada uno de los cuales está destinado a un usuario. El paquete para cada dispositivo también incluye hasta 8 cuentas web conectadas, las cuales serán transferidas al sublicenciatario de acuerdo con el número de Usuarios que haya declarado el sublicenciatario. El paquete para cada dispositivo también incluye hasta 8 cuentas web conectadas, las cuales se transferirán al sublicenciatario de acuerdo con el número de Usuarios declarados por el sublicenciatario. El costo de estas entregas según los contratos de sublicencia del sublicenciatario es de 35,160 euros.
Es decir, el sublicenciatario recibirá casi un 70 por ciento más productos de los que se pagan.
Los campos en blanco en el formulario estándar del acuerdo de sublicencia se llenan de forma similar al párrafo 4.1 anterior, de acuerdo con la información de dicho párrafo.
4.4. Un sublicenciatario puede ofrecer independientemente el tipo de producto, es decir, puede elegir el número de dispositivos y cuentas web independientes. Das Gerät ist seit Januar 2016 in Betrieb. 1.2. Die Kennzeichnung des Gerätes enthält auch Informationen zum Patentschutz des Gerätes “Patent pending: 2148845; 2163419; 62673151" mit Registrierungsnummern von Patentämtern. Das Gerät ist mit den Warenzeichen GRABOVOI® und GRIGORI GRABOVOI® gekennzeichnet. Somit sind die Produkte auf dem Markt geschützt.
2. Die Bedingungen des Sublizenzvertrages enthalten das Recht des Sublizenznehmers, Subsublizenzen für das Ausbildungsprogramm mit dem modifizierten Gerät der Konzentrationsentwicklung des ewigen Lebens, PPK-1U, mit drei Modi zu erteilen.
3. Zusätzlich zur Eigenwerbung des Sublizenznehmers bietet der Lizenznehmer Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Sublizenznehmer-Kits durch mehr als 500 Sublizenznehmer, Informationen erhalten Sie auf der Website https://pr.grigori-grabovoi.world/images/sublicense/sub-licenses-of-individual-entreprenuer-grigorii-grabovoi.pdf, und durch 75 Bevollmächtigte https://pr.grigori-grabovoi.world/images/sublicense/attorneys-of-individual-entrepreneur-grigorii-grabovoi.pdf.
Dabei stellen die Sublizenznehmer ihre Informationsressourcen nach den Normen des Lizenzrechts über die gegenseitige Hilfe auf freiwilliger Basis kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Die Bevollmächtigten helfen dem Sublizenznehmer, Subsublizenzverträge auf kostenpflichtiger Basis zu organisieren. Im Falle einer Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Sublizenznehmer und dem Bevollmächtigten erfolgt die Zahlung an den Bevollmächtigten durch den Sublizenznehmer.
Zusätzliche Einstellung der Geräte nach Erhalt durch die Subsublizenznehmer erfolgt über ein verknüpftes Web-Account. In einigen Fällen kann das Gerät zusätzlich von Fachleuten über die Einstellöffnungen am Gerätegehäuse eingestellt werden.
Bei dieser Nutzung der Geräte zur Sicherung des ewigen Lebens für alle, ist noch eine weitere Struktur aktiv, und zwar der Sublizenznehmer selbst, der als Distributor mit steigendem Umsatzvolumen tätig ist, was wichtig ist.
Der Bildungsprozess zur Sicherung des ewigen Lebens für alle nimmt zu und wird durch die Geräte intensiver und allgemein zugänglicher, was der Mission entspricht. Mit den Geräten können grundlegend neue Bildungssysteme entwickelt werden, die schnell das ewige Leben gewährleisten können.
Das Ausbildungsprogramm und das PPK-1U ermöglichen die Entwicklung von Konzentrationen des ewigen Lebens bei der Verwendung des Gerätes auf ewige Zeit durchzuführen, da die vorhergehende Ebene der Entwicklung der Konzentrationen, einschließlich der mit dem Gerät selbst erreichten, immer die Startebene für eine neue Entwicklung von Konzentrationen ist, die das ewige Leben gewährleisten.
Das Prinzip der Realisierung der Technik zur Gewährleistung des ewigen Lebens, die ewig wirken kann und ewig gefordert ist, wird beachtet.
4. Wir bieten drei Preisoptionen für Distributor-Sublizenzverträge an:
4.1. Ein Preis von 97000 Euro bei Lieferung von 12 Geräten der Entwicklung der Konzentrationen des ewigen Lebens, PPK-1U, mit drei Modi an den Sublizenznehmer zusammen mit den Materialien des Ausbildungsprogramms und Zugriff auf 40 unabhängige Web-Accounts, die jeweils für einen Benutzer bestimmt sind. Der Satz jedes Gerätes beinhaltet bis zu 8 weitere verknüpfte Webkonten, die dem Sublizenznehmer nach der Anzahl der vom Sublizenznehmer angemeldeten Benutzer übertragen werden. Die Kosten für die genannten Lieferungen im Rahmen der Subsublizenzverträge des Sublizenznehmers betragen 164880 Euro.
Das heißt, der Sublizenznehmer erhält fast 70 Prozent mehr Produkte, als er bezahlt hat.
Ein Preis von 97.000 Euro wird im Feld von Punkt 6.1 der nachfolgend angeführten Standardform des Sublizenzvertrages eingetragen. Die Anzahl der 12 Geräte wird in Punkt 1.1.2.3 eingetragen. Die Anzahl der 40 unabhängigen Web-Konten wird in Punkt 1.1.2.5 des Sublizenzvertrages eingetragen.
4.2. Ein Preis von 48500 Euro bei Lieferung von 6 Geräten der Entwicklung der Konzentrationen des ewigen Lebens, PPK-1U, mit drei Modi an den Sublizenznehmer, zusammen mit den Materialien des Ausbildungsprogramms und Zugriff auf 20 unabhängige Web-Accounts, die jeweils für einen Benutzer bestimmt sind. Der Satz jedes Gerätes beinhaltet bis zu 8 weitere verknüpfte Web-Accounts, die dem Sublizenznehmer nach der Anzahl der vom Sublizenznehmer angemeldeten Benutzer übertragen werden. Die Kosten für die genannten Lieferungen im Rahmen der Subsublizenzverträge des Sublizenznehmers betragen 82440 Euro.
Das heißt, der Sublizenznehmer erhält fast 70 Prozent mehr Produkte, als er bezahlt hat.
Felder in der Standardform des Sublizenzvertrages sind in gleicher Weise wie in Punkt 4.1 gemäß den Angaben dieses Punktes auszufüllen.
4.3. Ein Preis von 19400 Euro bei Lieferung von 3 Geräten der Entwicklung der Konzentrationen des ewigen Lebens, PPK-1U, mit drei Modi an den Sublizenznehmer, zusammen mit den Materialien des Ausbildungsprogramms und Zugriff auf 5 unabhängige Web-Accounts, die jeweils für einen Benutzer bestimmt sind. Der Satz jedes Gerätes beinhaltet bis zu 8 weitere verknüpfte Web-Konten, die dem Sublizenznehmer nach der Anzahl der vom Sublizenznehmer angemeldeten Benutzer übertragen werden. Die Kosten für die genannten Lieferungen im Rahmen der Subsublizenzverträge des Sublizenznehmers betragen 35160 Euro.
Das heißt, der Sublizenznehmer erhält fast 70 Prozent mehr Produkte, als er bezahlt hat.
Felder in der Standardform des Sublizenzvertrages sind in gleicher Weise wie in Punkt 4.1 gemäß den Angaben dieses Punktes auszufüllen.
4.4. Der Sublizenznehmer kann die Art der Produkte selbst vorschlagen, das heißt die Anzahl der Geräte und der unabhängigen Web-Accounts auswählen. Bei dieser Wahl berechnet der Sublizenznehmer die Anzahl der Geräte und der unabhängigen Web-Accounts so, dass er fast 70 Prozent mehr Produkte erhält, als bezahlt.
4.5. Für die Variante der Lieferungen der Geräte der Entwicklung der Konzentrationen des ewigen Lebens, PRK-1U, mit drei Modi und mit Diamanten, erhöht sich der Preis für jedes Gerät des Subsublizenzvertrages um 1000 Euro.
